Currently, we ship to most major international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the destination country.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
We accept returns on most decor items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition. Please note that custom furniture and 'made-to-order' pieces are generally non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to our carrier's tracking portal to monitor your delivery in real-time.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all furniture items at Arrival Hall come with a standard 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering structural defects. This does not include general wear and tear or damage from improper use.
